Registration Application through Midsummer’s Music

Please complete and submit this questionnaire if you are interested in strings lessons with the Griffon String Quartet.

Individual Private Weekly Lessons:
30 minutes: $25
45 minutes: $37.50
60 minutes: $50

Attendance policy: If the teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will be made up. If the student needs to cancel, 48-hour notice must be given to qualify for a makeup lesson. One makeup lesson will be offered per semester. This does not apply to emergencies.
