DESCRIPTION:Midsummer’s Music will present a live\, socially distant\, outdoor performance of the Friends of Old program Saturday\, September 5\, on the grounds of Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor. RAIN DATE will be Sunday\, September 6 at 5 pm CT. \nEnjoy the music of Anton Reicha’s Clarinet Quintet in F Major\, Op. 107 and Ludwig van Beethoven’s String Quintet in C Major\, Op. 29. The concert features musicians David Perry and Ann Palen (violins)\, Sally Chisholm and Allyson Fleck (violas)\, Greg Sauer (cello)\, and Daniel Won (clarinet). \nThe Friends of Old program is sponsored by Laurey & Phillip Clampitt and Roy & Betsy Gill. \nChairs and tables will be provided however you may bring your own to use instead. You may also bring your own food and refreshments to your 8’x8′ block. Masks will not be provided so please bring your own! \nAll blocks are 8’x8′ for up to two (2) patrons. Concertgoers should dress for potentially cool weather\, and they are welcome to bring their own picnics. \nTickets must be purchased in advance. No walk-ups will be permitted. \nThe safety of the audience and musicians is of utmost importance to Midsummer’s Music. Midsummer’s Music follows all COVID-19 guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control\, the State of Wisconsin\, and Door County\, including wearing masks except while eating or drinking; social distancing; and limiting the crowd size to 50. Attendees understand that there is a risk to being in crowds\, and they indemnify Midsummer’s Music from liability. \nAnyone who has been around someone who is ill from contracting COVID-19\, is ill themselves\, or suspects they might be ill should not attend.
