Priscilla Dias Hill has built a career over the past 15 years leading creative efforts in marketing, production, and nonprofit development. Originally from Recife, Brazil, she moved to the U.S. in 2000 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating cum laude from the City University of New York, City College. Her work has taken her through New York, Chicago, Madison, and Brazil, where she has led creative campaigns and developed strategic initiatives—always grounded in a deep passion for authentic storytelling.
Over the years, Priscilla has worked with a range of organizations and audiences, from global brands to community-based organizations. She served as a Senior Designer and Account Manager at Schawk in Chicago, supporting the Accenture Global Brand Team. She later launched a successful YouTube platform centered on infertility advocacy, which grew to 40,000 subscribers and over 8 million views. She went on to lead video content strategy at Kindred Bravely, a fast-growing maternity brand, before joining Door Community Auditorium as Marketing and Production Manager, playing a central role in audience engagement, strategic outreach, and high-level event management.
Priscilla is deeply committed to community, education, and outreach, and believes strongly in the power of connection and inclusion. As a parent and nonprofit advocate, she thrives on creating meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life. She speaks Portuguese fluently, is conversational in Spanish, and enjoys exploring the intersections of language and culture.
She has called Door County home since 2018, where she lives with her husband, Rian, their two children, Lila and Arlo, and their dog, Millie. A proud new member of the running community, Priscilla recently completed the Door County Half Marathon – her first! – and is already training for her next. At every stage of her journey, Priscilla remains guided by curiosity, compassion, and a love for the stories that bring us closer.
