5:00 – Northern Lights Concert – Lake Michigan Room
7:00 – Chef-carved Prime Rib Buffet
An array of delightful offerings including our famous prime rib, but also chicken and other entrees, full salad bar, soups, fresh rolls, Swedish limpa, and desserts, all from Grandma’s Swedish Bakery.
After dinner, stop back in the pub for a nightcap, and later, take a stroll outside where you may spot the real northern lights over the lake to cap off your evening.
